About the Founder

JATERI WILLIS

With nearly 30 years of experience in the field of early childhood education - specifically supporting young children with disabilities and their families, Jateri founded Inclusive Childcare Consulting to help families and caregivers access developmentally appropriate services and inclusive support. Throughout her career, Jateri has held various roles, including ABA Therapist, Infant Development Specialist, Regional Center Case Manager, and Head Start Mental Health & Disabilities Manager.
